Recall Information and Check

To identify if your product is affected by the recall, please complete steps 1 and 2 below. If your product is affected, you will be able to proceed with registering (steps 3 and 4). Each step is detailed as you move forward in the process.

2. Confirm if your product model is affected by the recall

3. Upload a photo for review

4. Finalize registration

Step 1: Identify your model

Locate the product information sticker on the product. The product model will be listed in the bottom right corner beginning with the letter “A,” followed by a 10-digit number.
